Continuous improvement

is about 3 things - involvement, skill and understanding the priorities.
We encourage people to get involved and help champion their cause by teaching managers to listen to ideas and implement suggestions. We develop skills in continuous improvement tools and techniques to define, understand and solve problems as well as to creatively explore innovative new solutions. We ensure people see the priorities for the organization and how their ideas fit in the context of the bigger picture.

Typically we help establish a "no reward" improvement idea system and teach CI tools and techniques, in workshops as well as on the job to directly improve Business Plan results.
