A CONSULT ARETE
Change program begins with the top team. Together we define the culture and values that characterize the uniqueness of the organization.We then agree the behaviors that people need to demonstrate. We train, coach and check that those behaviors are upheld throughout the organization.
We jointly develop a top to bottom business plan so that all teams at every level know exactly what they have to accomplish.
We help improve business processes to deliver better internal efficiency and higher levels of customer satisfaction by teaching the appropriate tools and techniques. We provide training in leadership and management skills at all levels as well as building functional and cross functional teams.
We equip internal Change Agents with the skills to continue these processes and adapt them to the organization’s specific needs.
Typical CONSULT ARETE Change programs will involve us working closely with a client for two or three years.
